We held our AGM on April 11th 2024 where our past chairman, Mike Shuker, thanked everybody who had contributed to the successful and enjoyable year of the club, and praised the introduction of the card reader for cash-free payment.

The report from our Treasurer showed a healthy bank balance in spite of commitments to staff gratuity, insurance, and commission in connection with the card reader.

The Almoner praised the staff at RCYC for assistance rendered to a member who had suffered a nasty fall near the club. He also mentioned that our Luncheon Secretary had been taken to hospital.

The webmaster explained that our website will be updated during the summer. The new webmaster, Graham Newman, who will take over was introduced.

The selection of new officers, including the new Chairman, Ted Davey, was approved.
